Our team recently completed a major exterior remodel on this Maynard, MA home. The homeowners reached out to our team to replace their home’s old siding, as well as update their home’s decks, windows, and gutter system! We met with the homeowners and explained all of our available siding, deck, and window options to the homeowners. After a short discussion, the homeowners decided they wanted to install beautiful new CertainTeed Mainstreet vinyl siding, Harvey replacement windows with wood interiors, and new Trex Decking. The first thing our team did was disassemble the old decks and siding. Once we had removed off the old materials, we were able to begin installing the new decks and siding. The homeowners decided they wanted a composite decking material that would be able to withstand those snowy New England winters & hot, humid summers. In addition to the Trex Decking, our team also added a Titan rail system with extra-wide corner posts to help provide stability to the deck on those icy mornings!
In addition to the new deck, we also installed brand new CertainTeed Mainstreet vinyl siding to help keep their home protected from pests and the elements, as well as boost their home’s curb appeal. Mainstreet vinyl siding is both economical and durable, providing protection from winds up to 160mph, as well as providing your home with a Class 1A fire rating! Furthermore, Mainstreet vinyl siding looks fantastic, with a natural wood grain appearance that will provide your home with a boost in curb appeal!
We also installed new Harvey windows in their home, with beautiful wood interiors. Harvey is a Waltham-based manufacturer of exterior remodeling products, and we have trusted them to protect our homeowners for years!
Finally, to put the finishing touches on the home’s exterior, we installed new gutters and aluminum trim to bring the home’s exterior together! The finished product looks fantastic and our homeowners were very happy with the exterior transformation!
