Steve Ventola

Steve started in the building trades while attending college. At that time, he thought it was just a temporary job to help with tuition. Little did he know that 25 years later, he’d still be active in the industry. Steve earned his college degree in Business Management and worked for several years before deciding to go into business for himself. Owning a small business means wearing many hats, and Steve’s background in business has helped to groom him for the daily challenges of home remodeling. Steve and Dave have been working together for 10 years, providing them both with a solid foundation on which to tackle all situations that arise on the jobsite. When starting their company, they agreed that maintaining the highest quality in all their projects was paramount to their future sucess, and they have never waivered on this mission. To this day, one of the team is always on the jobsite, whether the project is a large kitchen remodel or 5 windows being replaced. Simple lines of communication are a key factor in their daily work. Steve is married with three children. He enjoys his time with them and is involved in many of their activities. Balance in life is extremely important to Steve, and he thoughtfully strives to attain the right mix of work and home life to ensure success not only in business, but within his family as well.
