Our team at DLM Remodeling just finished this major exterior remodel in Melrose, MA! These homeowners reached out to us looking to completely revitalize their home’s exterior! These homeowners were looking to update their home’s aesthetic, and improve it’s energy efficiency, replacing their siding, windows, entry door & more! Our team met with the homeowners to discuss their goals for the project! They informed us that they were looking to fully revitalize their home’s exterior, replacing nearly every facet of the home. We discussed all of our available siding, window, and door replacement options, and worked with the homeowners to find the perfect solutions for their needs!
After a bit of discussion, they decided on installing Certainteed Monogram vinyl siding, a number of new Harvey Double-Hung replacement windows, and a new Therma-Tru entry door!
After we had agreed on the materials for the remodel, our team got to work on replacing the home’s exterior! The first thing our team did we replace the old windows with new Harvey Double-Hungs, ensuring that we could install the siding around the frames afterward! Once we had the windows in place, our team got to work on removing the old siding from the home.
The installation process was smooth and easy, and the beautiful shade of blue vinyl siding from CertainTeed looks fantastic on their home, complemented by the new white vinyl Harvey windows, entry door, and posts on their front porch!
Finally, we finished off the project by adding a new Therma-Tru entry door to help keep their home energy-efficient and secure, year-round!
The homeowners were thrilled with the finished product, and we’re happy to have been able to assist with this beautiful remodel!
