The DLM Remodeling contractors were in Concord, Mass this past week finishing up a home addition. These homeowners had an open porch that they wanted to utilize more often then they currently were. After working on it, this enclosed porch can now be used for 3/4th of the seasons.
We installed Harvey Energy Star rated vinyl rolling windows with full screens, new knee walls with pre-prime clapboard and all composite trim moldings surrounding windows. Below are the before and after images. Who would’ve know that this family could have actually used their new space on both Christmas Eve and Christmas day this year! An enclosed porch offers the ability to feel like you are outside while staying warm and contained within the confines of your home.
