Today we completed a replacement window job on this beautiful home in Lexington, MA. The home owners not only wanted to open up their home with natural light, but they also wanted better views of the surrounding scenery in their neighborhood. It was exactly what they were looking for. The smaller Casement windows offer an unobstructed view of the outdoors, come in an assortment of colors, are low maintenance, and more important, cost and energy efficient. These windows come with the Single-actuation handle which releases or secures all locking points with one easy motion.
We did something a little different with the replacement windows on the right side of this home. As you can see, the top and bottom floor windows are 2/3’s picture window and 1/3 operating window. This allows the homeowner to have the visability of a picture window, but with the ability to still open up and let some fresh air in! This new style of window has been a hit lately and could be perfect for your home!
